The
EMMAUS course
is based on a statement in St. Luke’s gospel describing
what the two disciples had felt after they realised that
the stranger who had joined them on their journey to Emmaus
after the resurrection was, in fact, Jesus.
In small
groups, we will be looking at how God reveals himself to us
today, through the scriptures and in our everyday lives.
The activity will encompass bible reading, prayer and
lively discussion. It is also an opportunity to make and
build on bonds of friendship and trust.
