The Church Meeting Room adjoins the Church and is used for serving coffee and biscuits following services but it's also used in a variety of other ways.
Mother and Toddler groups, Teddy Praise, Church meetings, keep fit classes etc.
It can also be booked for private hire at very reasonable rates and is great for children's parties.
It can be used for small receptions after weddings, for drinks and cake celebrations after baptisms, for gatherings after funerals.
It's used by the Church to hold our own Spring and Autumn Fairs and becomes a restaurant during Lent for our Lent Lunches.
The kitchen area is small but can cater for a large demand for tea and coffee; For example we provide coffee, tea and squash after our Sunday morning services that often has over 100 people to serve. There is a microwave, kettles, urns and a sink plus crockery, cutlery, tablecloths and glasses.

Stainbeck Community Hall is at 162 Stainbeck Lane, LS7 2EA
It's owned by St. Matthew's and currently has several different groups using it throughout the week.
There are two main halls; a large ground floor room with toilets and kitchen and a smaller basement room with a kitchen and one toilet.
The large hall is fully let at present, except for Thursday evenings and there is some availability in the basement hall. We also take bookings for parties at weekends and school holidays. We close at 10pm. The hall is closed at Christmas and New Year and we do not take bookings for Easter Sunday. The capacity of the building is 100 people.
